Refunds and cancellation
For a refund within 14 days of the initial charge, state that you are requesting a refund. For a subscription, state separately if you also want to cancel future renewals. We will reply by email.
Digital delivery
After payment confirmation, access instructions are sent to the purchase email. Check your spam folder if you cannot find them, then contact support.
